We have just submitted a new paper to Phys. Rev. D with Murman Gurgenidze, Andrew Long, Axel Brandenburg and Tina Kahniashvili, where we investigate the chiral magnetic effect in the early Universe during the period when the source of the chiral anomaly is active, together with a depleting chiral flipping term.
